Shipping & Orders
All products are made to order, meaning production begins only after your purchase is placed. This process typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping times depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking updates may take a short time to appear, and delays can occur during busy periods or due to customs.
If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us immediately after purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Please ensure all details, especially your shipping address, are correct before completing checkout.
Discounts & Affiliate Program
We occasionally run limited-time promo codes and discounts, which may be advertised on our website or social channels. These offers are temporary and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders unless explicitly stated.
We also offer an affiliate program for those who want to promote the brand. Approved users receive a personal discount code, which gives their audience 10% off every purchase.
Each time your code is used, it counts toward your total. Once your code has been used 10 times, you will receive 1 free t-shirt as a reward.
Affiliate codes must be used fairly and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program if abuse or misuse is detected.
Returns & Refunds
All items are custom-made to order, and therefore the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply under EU consumer law. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons, including wrong size, incorrect details, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we take full responsibility. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photos and a description of the issue. In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Sizing & Product Expectations
We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering, as all sales are final once production begins. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing choices.
Due to the print-on-demand process, slight variations in color, print placement, and material may occur. These differences are normal and are not considered defects. What you receive may not be 100% identical to on-screen images due to screen/display differences and production tolerances.
Privacy & Data Use
We only collect the information necessary to process and deliver your order, such as your name, address, email, and phone number. This data is used strictly for order fulfillment, shipping updates, and customer support.
We do not sell, rent, or use your data for marketing purposes. Your contact details will only be used if necessary to resolve issues or provide important updates regarding your order.
