All items are custom-made to order, and therefore the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply under EU consumer law. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons, including wrong size, incorrect details, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we take full responsibility. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photos and a description of the issue. In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Current orders are shipped from Spain and are delivered to a local courier that will then deliver it to you. All products are made to order, meaning production begins only after your purchase is placed. This process typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping times depending on your location and choice of delivery.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking updates may take a short time to appear, and delays can occur during busy periods or due to customs.

If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us immediately after purchase.

Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Please ensure all details, especially your shipping address, are correct before completing checkout.

The sizing for this product is slightly smaller and boxier than previous t-shirts. So please check the Size Chart below to ensure the correct size, also please allow for a 3cm margin of error for some items if this may occur.
